So, we are raising 5 grandchildren because their parents are in prison. My husband and I are both on disability, him with end-stage COPD/emphesyma and my mother living with us as well with the same thing as my husband. I USED to know how to cook. Now, it is diabetic cardiac diet, gluten free diet and a baby with milk and soy protein allergies...blah.
